The spare wheel is carried underneath the car and secured in place with a cable and winch. Thieves simply cut the cable accessed through the wheel spokes and release the valuable wheel and tyre - easy pickings! This anti-theft protection plate nests inside the spare wheel and blocks that access to the winch cable. This plate will block access to the cable and help prevent it being cut. This plate is made from heavy duty steel and finished in Black.
